APPM SECTION 3.0.6 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS: 
 

"The University has collective bargaining agreements with employee groups representing some of its employees. These agreements cover the broad spectrum of the University’s employer-employee relationships and since any personnel action must be in conformance with contractually-agreed conditions of employment, contact Labor Relations for assistance in interpreting contract provisions relative to non-academic personnel or the Office of the Provost, Faculty Relations for academic personnel. A copy of any of the current agreements may be obtained from these departments."
 

 LABOR RELATIONS
 

For represented, non-academic personnel - advise and counsel departments relative to conduct and investigations (including the possibility of medical/psychiatric examinations) and appropriate discipline.

 

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
 

For non-represented personnel - advise and counsel departments relative to conduct and investigations (including the possibility of medical/psychiatric examinations) and appropriate discipline.

 

FACULTY RELATIONS
 

For represented faculty and academic staff - advise and counsel departments relative to conduct and investigations (including the possibility of medical/psychiatric examinations) and appropriate discipline.

 

STUDENT JUDICIAL OFFICER

For students; matters will be handled pursuant to the Student Code of Conduct and Student Due Process Policy.
